It occured to me that one could build 2-way corner speakers using the driver complement of either the 4Pi or 3Pi speakers with little adjustment to their crossover other than changing the HF driver attenuation, using the corner cabs for the midwoofs, of course. Does this make sense? Someone who built this first could leg into the 3-way corner setup by building the mids and adopting the full crossover later.

I did this for a while, but the midrange was always a problem. The midhorn really makes a difference in this approach, allowing the bass bin to be dedicated to the bass.
