I have an Ariston Q-Deck and it uses a 9 volt wal-wart PS with a little hardwired speed control board consisting of a pot/transistor/and a couple resistors and caps. I can't find a schematic. If I turn the control pot all the way to max the platter spins at about 80rpm. Anything less than full setting and the speed drops to nothing and is erratic. Cleaning the pot did not help. I think I need to rebuild this small unit but w/o the schematic I am not sure how to proceed. Any thoughts guys?
