Apple recently updated their entry-level software for making music called GarageBand. I've been playing around with it and it's worth trying if you haven't already, particularly if you're into Smart Guitar. It isn't as fancy as Logic Pro X or Ableton, but it's simpler to use and it's free.

I will just head to the AppStore and download it because I have heard a lot of good reviews. It would be awesome to see my ability in attempting to build a song from scratch.
