My wife wanted me to copy a children's song album in MP3 format. Is there a way I can do that without installing any program? I may do this thing once, and I'm I don't want to buy a program to convert a song into MP3.

Hi, You don't need to buy a program. There are many free ones. I like Audacity. It is a very comprehensive program. If you can find a copy, an older program called CDex is a simple one that will give good results (BTW these are Windows programs). In any case you will almost certainly have to install a program. But when done you can uninstall it easily. Some PCs have programs that are part of their sound system and might do the job for you as well.
Thanks for the input. I tried several online sites that say they can convert music from CD into MP3, but most of them needed me to pay a registration fee. I will try both the Audacity and the CDex. I hope they are free to use.
