What exactly does one look for when it comes to buying PC speakers? I want quality and durability, of course, but what else is there to compare?

I'm not sure what to tell you to look for.
I bought these several years ago for my 9'x10' computer room (which doubles as the boiler room lol).

They work great in my situation (room),
where you cannot help but sit at close range to the speakers.

I usually like to find speakers that have Bluetooth connectivity. I like being able to play music off of my other smart devices. I think that's pretty commonplace in speakers nowadays. I also like having treble and bass controls. Have you been looking at any specific speakers?
