In the back of Goldmine magazine they have a few pages of vendors that supply them as well as other storage medium. On line there are many sites; Music Direct comes to mind.

Tried Acoustic Sounds, Music Direct, Elusive Disc and Needle Doctor... [message #12204 is a reply to message #12202] Thu, 02 June 2005 11:19 Go to previous messageGo to next message

None of them sell sleeves that would fit box sets. If you know of any on-line suppliers that sell them I would appreciate it.

Thanks

Hi,

I have some with just two albums. Most with four and some with more. I would think half inch deep should cover most except the large ones.

Thanks

Mr. V; There is a place that sells LP specific packaging for archival record storage needs. They have a box set 4mil poly jacket that holds box sets up to I believe 6 records. The site is Bagsunlimited inc. Just type in Bags unlimited you should get them. If not the Phone is
1-800-767-BAGS.
That said the box set cover goes for about 12$; but it is quality. There are others that provide these for Libraries and Archives that will have what you want. This is one of the largest and most reliable places.
Keep us Posted.

You guys are so helpful here.... [message #12208 is a reply to message #12207] Thu, 02 June 2005 17:45 Go to previous message

Hi MB,

I was aware of Bags Unlimited but was not aware of the $12 box set covers. They also sell a 14"x14"x1/4" 2mil sleeve for box sets that are very cheap. Under $20 for 50. I had seen these but was looking for something thicker and of better quality. Unfortunately I didn't see your response until after hours. I will give them a call tomorrow and see what else they have.

Thanks a lot for your help.
