Hey guys. Quick question for you. How do you go about changing the format of an audio from mp4 to mp3? Also if I have a video that I would like to convert to mp3 is it the same process?

About the video query, most video editors can split the soundtrack from the video and save it as MP3. If you can find a cheap copy of Corel or Final Cut it should do fine. It looks like you can even do it in Windows Movie Maker: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W39sXMJ9Q_4

For MP4 to MP3 you'll need a tool with the right codecs. If you don't mind the MP4 going through an online converter, there's Zamzar which do a range of conversions including that one and are free.
