I sent an email to the people that handled the Lima,OH show and was informed they would not be having one this year. Does anyone know of any other show coming up in the near future?

Hi Brad, While there will be no Midwest Audio Fest in 2004, Venus Hi-Fi will be hosting the 2005 installment. The event will most likely be held in Bloomington, Indiana. I'll try to keep folks posted as we work out the particulars... Cheers, Brian

Hi Brian! I'd like to see the events - VSAC, VMAF and GPAF - be non-overlapping events. Since VSAC is in the fall, that leaves spring and summer. Seems like a great idea for you to have the Venus MAF in one season and the GPAF folks in the other. Or perhaps VMAF and GPAF can be rolled into one event in alternating central states. What do you think? Wayne

Hi Brian, Sounds good to me! Hopefully the promoters of this event won't mind having some SS equipment present to round things out. :-) We'll be looking for further updates. Thanks, Brad

Ron Welborne has gotten together with some of the local folks and is putting together the Rocky Mountain Audio Fest in October this year. Check out the site for a list of people who have already signed up. It does look to be a lot of fun.

Ron Welborne strikes me as being a class act too. I'll bet each of these pockets of activity - RMAF, VMAF and GPAF - will be a great time. Seems to me that having several events in different areas is good, because it allows more people to attend at least one of them.
