So, my friend is trying to convince me to buy the Omega II model but it's a little pricey. Still, I've heard good things so far, but would appreciate any comments on the product. Thanks.

They are extremely pricy. The SR-007's that I found are over $4000. For that price I hope they sound like I'm in the room with a live band sitting in front of me. Which model are you looking at? All three that I've found seem to be getting amazing reviews.

That's quite an amount but if you can afford it why not? Though I think for that price, you'd really need to get value for the money. Still, I believe something else can be gotten for a lower price than $4000.

They are the SR-007A MK2 ones; the price is about $2,000. I've been wanting to own a pair of these for so long, then saw them at American Audiophile, a dealer of the brand.

Hi, I believe I would look at the new OPPO phones. Well regarded and a bunch less costly.

Good Listening

Thanks for the product suggestion, Bruce. The reviews of OPPO are quite good, especially of the PM-3. Do you own a pair of them yourself?

Hi, No I don't. I use Sennheisers. Mine are more general purpose as I don't normally use phones to listen. Mostly to edit audio files that I digitialized from LPs.

Good Listening
