Do you live in an apartment complex or duplex and have problems with your neighbors and their music? If so, how do you handle the situation?

I lived in an apartment complex when I was younger and every Sunday morning at 5am the upstairs neighbors would listen to their music so loud. We ended up talking to the property manager about it because they weren't very nice people.

This is is something all of us have to go through at some point in life. Neighbors behaving badly just require bold people to face them and state the truth.

My neighbor was used to playing loud music but all that ended after I went to discuss the with him. We are now the best of friends and we promised each other never ever to discuss that incident.
