I just bought a new house. I want to put a speaker in my bathroom. It is a small bathroom (approximately 15 by 20 feet). I am not sure if I want to put it in the ceiling or wall. The room gets pretty steamy from the shower. Do I need a special speaker because of the steam? What size do you think I need?

Let's chat!

I've been doing some research about this too. I found few recommendations to use in-ceiling speakers, but the reasons are not listed. They do recommend using moisture-resistant speakers for bathrooms, though. I suppose if the quality of the speaker is good, whether it's placed on the ceiling or the wall doesn't make much difference.
