I saw a contest to win a
reclocker
, which is supposed to remove digital errors. I am confused. It sounds like snake oil to me but maybe I just don't understand it.

What in the world is a reclocker? Clearly I can't tell you whether it's a legitimate product or not since I've never heard of it.
