Hi, In my never ending quest to stay busy....at least that is what my spouse says. I redid my DUAL 701 turntable. I already had been through two plinths so this is number three. It finally incorporates the things I thought it should (controls on top, strobe where it can be easily seen and so on). It is three layers of wood laminated together and now weighs about 35 pounds. The spiked feet don't show well in the photos and it has an IEC power connection on the rear in place of the chintzy two wire it came with. The arm is an Origin Live Alliance with an AT33PTG/II LOMC. Great sound, I just hope the shelf doesn't collapse.

Dude, that's awesome. I have my Rega table, and have been getting the itch to do something with it. Or maybe get a VPI table. But then again, I'm in the middle of a huge move, and I've been wanting to mess around with tape for a while too. Too many irons in the fire... Smile
