My niece goes into the sixth grade this August and she's already talking about joining the school band. She says she wants to play the saxophone but I have no idea where to get one of those from. Could I order it online or should I go to a brick-and-mortar store for it?
Actually, I wouldn't worry about getting one for her as the school bands usually have a point of contact that they order through. Once they join up, there is usually a meeting that everyone goes to a few days/weeks into the year and you can rent or buy through a vendor associated with the school. At least, that's how it was done back when I was in school.
