What is you guys philosophy on micing electric guitar amps. I have a situation in a sanctuary where I am struggling to really get the sound I am looking for. I have a couple of SM58's that I have been playing with and wanted to know how others on this forum are setting theirs up. Dual mics is one option. Playing with the axis is another. Do you remove the grill or leave it on? Thanks in advance!
