Do any of you have a dedicated music server, such as the 3Beez Wax Music Management System? It's an alternative to storing mp3s directly on your computer.

$5000(US)...? I'd take some of those dollars and place it on a bigger room or better acoustic space. I've already got the speakers that I need.
I use a small 2TB Western Digital external hard drive and foobar2000, with all my discs ripped to FLAC: works great and cost me $124 (including tax) since I had the laptop, a HDMI cable, and very good DACs in my preamp already.

I'm still pretty low-fi with music storage. Either I listen to CDs or store mp3s directly on my computer. Eventually I'll need to invest in an external hard drive as Cask did, however.
