I'm trying to build a new speaker to replace my Klipsch Quartets. And I'm on a serious budget.

If you mount a bullet tweeter like the Pyramid bullet tweeter tw47 to a 90 x 40 conical horn will this work? Will it extend the usable frequency range to something like 1k? I was thinking maybe a conical horn like the mid bass horn, just smaller with an adapter. Any feedback? Does anyone think this will work?

Love horns

That device is really a super-tweeter and it already has a horn for that frequency range, e.g. above 4kHz.
