I am curious as to whether there is a speaker that exists, similar in style to the radial horn, that emits sound at a 360 degree angle? I was wondering how one would work with a home theater system?

Illuminati (33rd Degree)

They do exist, but I have never been a fan of this approach because indoors, it provides the wrong pattern. I don't want sound radiated at the wall behind the speakers, as much as possible.

In my opinion, the perfect setup is the constant directivity cornerhorn, which radiates 90° from the apex of the corner. This is a natural section of the 360° pattern you asked about, limited by the walls adjacent to the speaker.
