Has anyone here actually listened to The Dark Side Of The Moon in it's entirety while synchronized to The Wizard Of Oz? I want to, but I want to know if I'll be wasting my time or not.

I can't say that I have done that. I wasn't a huge fan of Pink Floyd though so that could explain it. I think that you have to be "altered" in some way (alcohol/drugs) for the movie and music to actually make sense together.

If I had an hour to kill I'd try it. I've heard that it has to synched to where the album has to start right after the 3rd lions roar at the start of the movie. Three roars, instead of just one one, indicate that the movie is an extended version.
