I don't know if this is possible anymore, or maybe not even legal.
The first couple of versions of iTunes I had still allowed me to find the mp3 files.
Now I have a version of iTunes that is doing an excellent job of hiding what's in the library. Is it possible to go back and take out the digital versions, or is burning to disk the only option?
Many of my songs in iTunes were from albums or CDs that I already owned.
If at first you don't succeed, go back and do it the way Mother told you to.

It's probably not technically legal to copy the files and I have no doubt they are purposely trying to make it hard for you. If you have to, maybe you could burn to CD and then rip the files back off into new mp3 files. I'm not sure what the double conversion would do to the quality, though.
