Would there be any Chip Amp kits for Headphone Amps available?
I am hearing great things about the new IC's.
I would be hooking it up to my pre-amp outs.

It's not a kit, but simple enough for a beginner to build from scratch. I've built a couple of these into Altoid tins. The OPA134 opamp that this is based on is one of the best opamps available.

If you're looking for something more complicated, browse around the Headwize.com project library. You're pick of chips, transistors or tubes.
