Hi Wayne,
After several happy years with my Pi Sevens (now fed by a DIY F4 current source amp courtesy of Nelson Pass), I'm ready for a new project.

My Velodyne subwoofer just blew up (in my home theater room), and I thought a 3 Pi might be the thing to bring back the cannons and heartbeats. I don't tend to listen at enormous volumes, so I don't think I need a horn.

The front speakers in the theater system are Thiel 3.6s (banished from the living room when I built the Pi Sevens). Surrounds are smaller two ways.

I guess ideally I'd have a couple of subwoofers (following your advice re node cancellation), but I might have to start with one for reasons having to do with personal fiscal topography.

If you concur, could you please send me the 3 pi plans?

Thanks for all your help,

Tim

Thanks, Wayne.

I'll order the kit as soon as I can get organized to build.
