Do you think there's a connection between upgraded musical equipment and the ability to write better music? For some reason that question came to me while listening to Pink Floyd.
Kudos on your choice of music, Vaiger. Pink Floyd is one of my favorites, especially the Pulse album. Anyways, I'm not sure what effect, if any, musical equipment has on song writing. I would think that a musician would enjoy writing music on better equipment more than on crappy equipment. I know that as a guitar player, I enjoy playing a high quality guitar much more than playing a cheap one.
