I am trying to upgrade my home entertainment system in the game room. I have a bit cabinet that holds the television, the Xbox 360, and the games. I was looking at getting surround sound for the room. I want something that is good quality in terms of clear audio. However, I don't want to spend a fortune. I heard that Bose makes good systems, but they're just too expensive.

Do you have any recommendations for me?

Bose is overrated anyway. What kind of budget are you looking at? I'd love to get Martins for my surrounds, but they are way too expensive so I've settled for some Sonys.
