Some of the radio stations from 6 years ago have died and fizzled out. Do you have a particular radio station that is your absolute favorite? I myself greatly enjoy 102.1 koky.

I've never heard of that station, but then I guess everyone's favorite will vary according to location. I like Bob 93.3 a little, but it has a ton of commercials that give me a headache. I think I like Pulse 102.3 best.

For me its 105.3 Kicking Country. I used to love 92.5 WBEE (another country station). I really like the DJs in the morning. They make the show. I love traveling and flipping through the stations to listen to new DJs.

Let's chat!

Hi, Related I guess, I like XM satellite 31 (the coffee shop), 24 (margaritaville) as well as some of the 60, 70s, and classic country. Nice thing about it is that it is not location specific. I can pop the radio in the car for road trips and into the stereo for home use. True it does cost a few $$. They even have cousin Brucie....I listened to him live on WABC 770 AM. That dates me a bit....

Good Listening

Having satellite would eliminate constant searching for new stations during road trips. Laughing

I figured there had to be people who actually enjoyed the DJs in the morning or there wouldn't be so many morning shows, but they drive me nuts. Just play some music please.

WOBO. Local station that plays old Americana....folk, bluegrass, gospel, rock, jazz, etc. DJs are all volunteer and I'd bet the youngest is 70. They stream. Funny thing....I first found them on Squeezebox and fell in love. Blew me away when I found they were right down the road.

Another aspect to my favorite station is the morning show. I love 99.5 FM "The X" because their morning shows tend to be awesome and hilarious. Not to mention, rock is an good occasional change from pop music.
