Looks like a DE250 copy, doesn't it?
You can tell the phase plugs are the same because the top-octave response is so close. Diaphragm material/construction and phase plug design are the main things that set that. So the diaphragm and phase plug are largely responsible for the DE250 signature.
I wouldn't expect any problems swapping those two drivers. In fact, I would expect more unit-to-unit variation between drivers from the same manufacturer. There's even more variation between low-signal and high-power behaviour from the exact same driver.
So yeah, I'd say that's pretty much the same driver from the looks of it.
