Hi Wayne I just saw a thread on diy for a guy looking to trade a 2226h because he has one "old" version driver and one "new" version driver.
I was unaware there was two versions, the two drivers i located for my project have the black JBL sticker on the magnet.
Would that be considered the old version??
Any advantage to one over the other? Should they match?

He may be saying that one is a reconed driver and the other is new. Or he may have a 2226H (8Ω) and a 2226J (16Ω), and wants to trade one to make a matched pair.
