I was getting quite dissapointed in the 1 April tube audio news. Last year there was notice of an expedition to polar circle abandoned NATO radar shacks to hunt WE transmitting tubes. I don't remember what happened the year before...:)

It`s interesting that this joke is based on real EL503 reissue attempts from some "tube dreamers" a few yers ago, see the link:
