Hi, I just got an email from someone and I am trying to get him to post his work as a project. It was a diy build of a turntable using a Dual 701 motor assembly and an arm he put together. I attached two of his photos. Amazing craftsmanship. I hope he will post the project somewhere.

Is your friend, one of those types of people, who are shy when it comes to stuff they build? I hope he comes here to post, too, because he did some nice work on that turntable.

Hi Not shy, just his mastery of English is limited. It is a lot better than my Hungarian (like I have none) I will however contact him and see if he would join the forum. If not that then make it possible to contact him.

The full project is posted under group build for any who want to check it out. He even made the tone arm. When you see the photos you will understand the quality of his project. BTW the arm is a string (mono-filament) suspended magnetically stabilized one.

Good Listening
