The website DHTRob just published a very thorough test series of PS chokes, using many of the current production models available. They have listening impressions also. And some vintage iron. The test is conducted in a SET amp setting.

Huh, but the inductances and winding resistances are very different. They use it like 2nd choke in SET PS...they somehow "include" those differences, but no details are given.
More objective test would be with chokes with similar characteristics. But, as always, it`s nice to read those "impressions"...
