I am really amazed at the sound you can get from a small, portable speaker for your iPod/iPhone. I bought a Logitech S715i, and I just love it! It works really well in a small room.
I know it is amazing! I do find that my ears are becoming accustomed to "good enough" however. I find that I used to listen to music with a lot more observation. Now that it is so prevalent, I am listening with more of an ear for what is convenient, if that makes sense.
