I've seen lots of concerts in my 25 years in the radio business through the 70's and 80's. One artist I played a million times but never saw was Michael Jackson. In retrospect, I wish so much I'd had the opportunity to see him now that I've seen videos online.
Mine was 'The Police' and I'm not talking about the law enforcement kind. Back then they would only do no less than 100,000 seat stadiums at the time. Tried twice to see them at the U of M in Mich. Sold out in 2 and half to 2 hours 45 min both times, I tried getting tickets even through some inside contacts, no luck.
