I need some input. I am going to attempt to convert a room in my house for a recording studio for my girlfriend. The room is 10'x 15'; is that too small or should I knock out another wall? It's a surprise, so I can't ask her.

It depends on what she's using it for; if she's doing voiceovers, it's way bigger than she needs. For an entire band, it might get a little cramped and there'd be more bleed between microphones.
