I used to listen to hip hop and r&b stations pretty often, especially while driving, but recently it seems like the balance of music is really skewed towards a lot of r&b. I wouldn't really mind this, but when I'm driving I prefer something more upbeat to keep me awake. I live in California, and I often wonder if this is a national trend, or if maybe I'm just listening to the wrong stations.
