I was lookin around for Wave 8 since I'd heard good things. Looks like they're discontinued but I did find the Wave 20 AV-20DT instead. Any of you know anything about this amp?

Check out the stoekit junior. It uses 2 6bm8 tubes also, in push-pull, just liek the wave 8s!

Thanks for the tip. After second look at the Wave 20, the specs don't look good. Where can I see more on the Stoekit Junior?

You're right, I haven't posted it yet. Forrest, Rachelle, Chuck and Kenny came over and joined Michael, Alona and I. We had another little impromtu sound party using leftovers for a dinner. It started off that Forrest was coming to get a CD he forgot and Chuck was getting his electric knife and other brisket preparation stuff, but ended up with another listening session and food. So I haven't even started my writeup but I'll post it with photos pretty soon.
