Converting Constant Voltage Amp.

I been given 4 Bogen/Techcraft 250watt amps.

They are constant voltage amps with taps for 70v, 25v out.

Is there a way to convert these amps to a useable output for a standard P.A. System?

Thanks
Ran

Only if you run through a transformer, See link below and check out the specs it gives you examples of how to hook them up.
