I'm thinking about buying a NAD 350 amplifier for my second system in my study. It looks like a good deal, and I think it is a reputable company. Does anyone know any concerns with this amp?

I have a NAD C160, and it's a great little preamp for the money. NAD is a good solid company, and I'd expect the C350 to be just fine. But maybe someone else will chime in.

Another one to look at in the same price range is the Harman Kardon HK 3470. I picked one up a couple of years ago, like you, for a second system. I was pretty impressed and I think you would be too. It definitely exceeded my expectations.
