I'm wondering exactly what they did to that amplifier to justify the modded price.

I mean, I took a cheap little active sub crossover and put in (3) $20 Burr Brown op amps and a bunch of poly film caps to replace electrolytics. That's maybe a hundred bucks. Probably not economically feasable, but I liked it. Still, that's not several grand like the Linn mods to the Dayton amp.

Are those guys serious? Laughing
