I see what you mean. I'm of two minds, because I do think probably we (America) took Hawaii somewhat unfairly, just like we did much of the mainland from the American Indians. But what I see here in Oklahoma has gone too far. The Indian governments have become extremely successful at promoting gambling and are growing rich on the vice. I'm not opposed on a moral basis, but it does seem to me that it's like giving a foreign government sovereignty within our borders to act like dope dealers, selling vice at the expense of the communities nearby. Not the best situation, in my humble opinion.
