Wayne,

Could you please send me plans for 7Pi with midhorn and crossover schematics?
I made 2 corners available and would like to finish a project with midhorns
incorporated. My bass drivers are JBL 2226J.

Thanks, Michael

Sorry, I corrected my omission.

Also, am I correct saying that 7Pi port shares boundaries with
3 bassbin walls: front, side and bottom ? My old plans show some small
distances from the bottom and side walls - is it just showing the wall thickness ?

That's right, they share side walls. I think I may have updated the plans a bit since your copy to show that a little better.

Thanks for the plans, Wayne.

I checked sizes of the cabinet panels I precut some time ago and they would make 34.25 x 17.5 x 9.25 for the inside dimensions. Plan's
description of the port leads to believe these are outside
dimensions. Am I correct all three numbers are outside dimensions
with wall thickness of .75" ?

I have JBL 2226J and 2426/2370, been looking for JBL 2012 for a decent price but couldn't see for any price;what would you recommend with
this woofer/tweeter combo as a midranger and what L2 value/tweeter
polarity.

Thanks, Michael

The plans show outside dimensions. For a midrange, go with the Eminence Delta 10. It sounds very nice and mates perfectly with the JBL 2226 woofer. The crossover schematic included with the plans show what values of electrical components to use with either the JBL 2012 or the Delta 10 midrange driver.
