Gadgets, and any techy stuff for that matter, will cost us money either for the sake of quality or brand. That's why, if I'm going to spend on expensive stuff, I'd at least want it to be multi-purpose. Too cheap, and it's only months before it needs some fixing. What TV(s) would you recommend that gives great gaming and film-viewing experience? Any good brands or models?

Samsung's QN90A model is a QLED TV that has Alexa built-in. It has an excellent picture, it supports the latest Xbox and PlayStation, and it has extra gaming features built-in. My kids are currently hogging mine, or I'd game on it more instead of the computer.

I never thought I'd say this, but you can't go wrong with a LG model with an OLED screen. LG might not be the best at making washing machines and refrigerators, but they've perfected their TV models. There's almost no lag when gaming. It's not noticeable at all. The images are vivid too - better than what I've seen from Sony and Samsung recently

I have a LG and a Samsung. They are both great televisions. Technology changes so fast so there is always something new. What brands are you looking at?

Check out the Hisense brand. It has a lot of models that have a good ratings. It's also budget-friendly despite its size, and I'm sure hardcore gamers will find this worth it.

I have a Samsung QN90A QLED and the picture is amazing. It reminds me of old plasma TVs. I'm not much of a gamer, so I haven't tested that out, but if you're looking for something to play movies, then it's a good choice for that.
