We are tearing our kitchen down to the studs! We entertain a lot and would like to put speakers (wireless) in the kitchen. Would you put them in the ceiling or somewhere else? I've seen some in top cupboards. Any recommendations on a speaker to use?

Do you plan to use smart speakers that need to be compatible with a certain AI system? Do you need Wi-Fi capabilities or anything like that?

I personally like the idea of putting them in the ceiling. Kind of out of sight, clever. I would think wifi would be the way to go. Although you could hide wires in the ceiling if you chose to put them there.

We definitely want wifi speakers. We don't have any specific system that they have to pair with. We are looking into upgrading that too. I'm open for any suggestions.

I like the ones by Bose. They are pricey, but they were super simple to set up and the audio is crisp and clear. I've been happy with the results.
