Come one, come all! We're having a contest, and the winner gets a 5-album half-speed master Woodstock box set. Colin Hester has graciously donated these albums for the contest, and they are in very good shape. If the winner does not have a turntable, a pair of two π speaker kits can be substituted instead. It's the winners choice.

The game is easy to play. Whoever makes the 25,000th post is the winner. It's that simple. A response will be made to the winning post telling them that they have won. They will be asked to respond with their prize choice, and to make their shipping address available by private E-Mail.

Right now, there are 23032 posts in the system. Post are made at the rate of about 30-50 per day, so that means the winning post will probably occur sometime in the next month and a half to two months. Any post in any forum on AudioRoundTable.com is eligible for the winning entry, and no registration is required.

For what it's worth, the box set from Mobile Fidelity Lab is somewhat more rare than the original pressing. Colin informs me that eBay prices are in the $125-$150 range for this set.

Thats what I have. [message #922 is a reply to message #920] Fri, 01 October 2004 21:54 Go to previous messageGo to next message

As new condition. Some albums never played. I'll get there.

I don't know if you followed the eBay action, but the winning bid was $179.50.
