Which is the recommended angle when mounting a TV set? You don't want to place it too high or too low to avoid neck strain. I found very varied answers online so I'd like to hear your suggestions.

I like the video to be straight in front of the viewers. A little up is OK but not much. The front main speakers should be equal in height to the video screen too - with left and right mains flanking the screen. I personally only use a center channel with acoustically transparent screens, and I put the speaker behind the mains. This avoids using a horizontal array below the video screen, because horizontal arrays are acoustically terrible due to comb filtering.
