Anyone here enjoys jazz music? Nothing is more soothing for the soul than this genre for me; in terms of sub-genre, Fusion is my preference to the others.

I am strictly a Jazz person and the sub-genres normally do not interest me much. Listening to this kind of music normally results in a soothing effect. Who are your favorite musicians? I have recently started listening to the duo of Greg Abate and Phil Woods.

Glad to meet the acquaintance of another fan. I mostly tune in to Billie Holiday and Nat King Cole. Abate and Woods are cool, too; was quite sad about the news of Woods' passing.
