Has anyone ever heard of this product? Or tried it? It was a cream that was to be applied to the inner openings of your ear and was supposed to improve your hearing. Sounds like a lot snake oil salesmen made some money off of this, but then again, I've never tried it.

No, but cloged up ears will mess up your hearing. How to fix the problem is an entirely different thing. I would recommend a visit to your favorite ENT specialist.

Good Listening

I'm sorry, Kingfish, was there a link to the product, or is it actually called Earwax?

Real earwax is one of my husband's main problems, hearing-wise, so I was hoping this was a thread on solutions for earwax.

Just for everyone's information, the best thing he's found so far is a mixture of a little Hydrogen peroxide in warm water gently dropped in the ear, held there for a minute and then allowed to drain out.

The second best thing was going to the doctor and letting her flush it with some sort of sonic water product and pull stuff out. Effective, but expensive, and vaguely painful.

I thought this would be about actual earwax too. I agree that product is probably a scam, Kingfish. LuckyLucy, the doctor procedure sounds really unpleasant. I hope he doesn't have to do that very often.

EARWAX sounds pretty like a pretty shady product to me. I just don't see how a cream can improve hearing. How do they claim it works?
