Wayne, I like to know if I have to fill with fiberglass the little gap ( 1 1/2" +) between the port and the baffle. And another question: As the fiberglass is 3", that placed in the baffle side and over the brace, won't block partially the air flow in the port? And finally, the fiberglass place in tha back baffle wont be more than 1" from front the entrance of the port, is that all right?
Thank You
Santos

Illuminati (33rd Degree)

The insulation lining the side, top and back should meet at the corner. When R13 is on the rool, it's only about 1-1/2" thick. It can expand to as much as 3", but is usually closer to 2". Bass passes right through, but it attenuates midrange.
