The saddest that I remember right now is Till Summer Comes Around by Keith Urban. Also Carnival of Rust by Poets Of The Fall, it's more creepy than sad the first time you see it but once you've listened to the song a few times and understand the metaphorical lyrics it is one of the saddest songs you'll ever hear.
