A federal appeals court in Chicago has issued an opinion that includes a footnote citing songs that mention ninety-nine year sentences. Can anyone add to the list?

My favorite: Dylan's "Percy's Song."

Illuminati (13th Degree)
Jesse Fuller; "99 years".
Many variations on that tune but it is originally credited to Julias Daniels.
Some of the covers;
Johnny Winter
Hot Tuna
Jim Kweskin
Blind Wliie Johnson
And others.
What is the import of the ruling anyway?

The defendant, Bullock, seems to have been a member of a crack/heroin distribution ring. He pleaded guilty to five counts of heroin distribution. The trial judge sentenced him to 100 years (20 years per count). The appeals court seems to have thought that the extent of Bullock's participation in the overall conspiracy was not as extensive as the trial judge thought. The appeals court vacated the sentence and remanded the case to the trial court to re-consider the length of the sentence. Although the appeals court did not tell the trial court how long the sentence should be, there is a suggestion that the appellate court thinks that 30 years is appropriate.
