Has anyone seen the movie Spun? It's a rather weird movie about meth addicts. It has a great cast though, including Jason Schwartzman, Mickey Rourke, and John Leguizamo. It reminded me of Requiem for a Dream, but I actually liked this one a little better. I found it funnier and not as depressing.

Why haven't I heard of this movie? I love John Leguizamo! I didn't think he had done anything recently. Is it new? I'll have to look for it.

Spun isn't new, it came out in 2002. John Leguizamo did great in his role in this one. He's not the main character, but I think he has one of the best and most memorable performances. If you're a fan of his I think you'd like it.

No, I've never heard of this movie - I can't recall that I'd heard anything about it. I will have to search YouTube and see if I can find it.

I saw this one in the cinema when it came out. It was famous at the time for having the most edits in the opening sequence of any film to date. Not sure if it's been surpassed or not. Pretty good film. Worth checking out, especially the first ten minutes. Wink
